“CUSTOMER SERVICE WONDERFUL”

Recently purchased a gaming chair which arrived very quickly.

Instructions were easy to follow and once the item was put together it became we that we had one component missing. It didn't affect the use of the chair which delighted my son - but we wanted it completed all the same.

Contacted their customer service who couldn't have been more helpful. They apologised for the missing component - we both accepted that occasionally these things happen (I have yet to put together a flat pack item from anywhere that doesn't have a screw or two short!!).

They advised that they would locate the missing component and would dispatch it to us. Which they duly did.

Gaming chair now completed assembled and son seems to have become glued to it!!!
