more than two weeks on I am still waiting for my pre-order game. I could have saved myself much time and effort - not to mention money - if I just waiting and bought it from a reputable retailer after launch. Base.com will not entertain my request for a refund untill the end of this week (nearly 3 full weeks since I ordered it) which is terrible customer service - so be warned!!
