Purchased the USB Drive 2 weeks ago on Wednesday and I still haven't received it. I have spoken to customer services twice and they have said I have to wait until Wednesday to declare the item lost and then they will send a replacement. I don't understand how an item like this can get lost in the post when a laptop I purchased from amazon arrived in 3 days. Very disappointed after coming back to this company after purchasing from them before. I won't be buying from them again!
