Ordered a phillips 3 in 1 blender from them; that worked once and then failed; when I asked for a refund was told it had been 28 days; so no chance! Considering the item was faulty you would expect them to offer a refund or replacement; but they have completely washed their hands of the matter! To be perfectly honest; I wish I'd spent a fiver extra and bought it from Argos!
