The game I bought was great, no complaints regarding that.
The process to buy the game had a few problems. I used PayPal to pay for my purchase. For some reason, 365games has a problem with PayPal and the website will tell you that you have not payed for an item when you have. Reading their FAQ, it will say they will refund a customer if they have accidentally payed by PayPal twice. The problem seems to be known to them.
Customer service was very helpful. I emailed them and they got back to me fairly quickly. It took around 3 extra days before my item was shipped because of this problem.
Overall I'm happy with my experience with this company, but I will not be using PayPal to pay for purchases with them in the future.
