The 'stuff' they sell looks good, the prices also look good, so I bought some clothes from them. They arrived in a reasonable time (sometimes). Some items did not fit well so I sent them back - I got a credit for them (but not my money back!).
Some months passed and I decided to buy some more clothing. Knowing I had just under £20 in my account from the stuff handed back, I thought the next bill would show this having been used to reduce the cost of the new items I had purchased - not on your life! HERE's the killer.
ACE24 had skimmed off my credit balance and had "adjusted the balance up to zero". They had actually stolen my my money without even advising me. That was an illegal transaction on their part. I wrote to the MD but the ignorant sod did not reply. Long story short I got my FULL money back including "late payment" charges (brought about because they did not send me a monthly Statement as they should have done (they have tried this trick before with others). The company is just a greedy cash machine and has no principles. The FSA were useless saying they would not take any further action! My Trading Standards office was alerted via email but they too belonged to the same club - no answer.
My advice is to avoid this ACE24 lot at all costs.
