I ordered a peronalised dressing gown for my 3 year olf nephew and noticed the next day that I had incorrectly ordered a pink hippo dressing gown in error, I called to see if this had been completed and was advised no not yet this had just been sent to the manufacture, I asked if they could change the dressing gown for me and was advised they cannot do this as it was my error not their's I asked if I could have the manufactures contact number, surprise suprise they didnt have one, I there for asked if I could have changed the Name - again advised No they cannot, even if I had called within the hour they would not be able to assist, but I advised that if they can do it if it is their error why cannot they not assist me, They confirmed because this is your mistake.
I contacted Trading standards who advised that they should help by exchanging the product as it had not been processed, or even changing the name.
The customer services is absolutely abysmal, I will never be using this company again and have advised family and friend not to.
