Sent off my sister's water damaged iphone 4s, took longer than expected but we have it back in working order, looks and works like new again!

I had read the reviews about the company but went with them anyway as they quote extra pricing before doing the work so you were not stuck with a massive bill at the end, you could choose not to have them do the work. Very easy website to use.

Only down side was the customer service, they prefer email but I only had one response to a few emails, the phone was also only answered once. I assume the guys working there are busy fixing phones, should maybe think about hiring someone to man the customer care side...

But as they saved us having to buy a new iphone I am very happy with their work and would recommend to friends and family! So far so good!
