I have bought the DAP and headphones at a bargain prices. The shop cancelled paid orders because of ... damage the goods (in two cases!) This shop cheats customers. Having bought a smart watch from EGlobal Central because it was slightly cheaper than elsewhere, I was not put off by the week it took to reach me. However when the straps on the watch broke about a month later (a known fault in older versions of the product), EGlobal refused to replace the straps. I found it particularly poor that they denied the request immediately without even looking into the matter or accepting return of the item to assess it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, my camera lasted 2 months after the locking mechanism opened while it was in the water, I checked the camera and you could clearly see the locking tab was not working properly. Bought LG G4 from this shop. Got my parcel after 5 working days, so I was happy with their service until I had to give my phone back to service because of manufacturer faulty. “Bootleg product delivered, warranty void, zero after-sales”

After buying a "Bose product" from this company (which I now know is based in China), and it becoming faulty, I then find from the manufacturer that the product is non-serial numbered, not authorised and so not guaranteed. Added to this, the "eglobalcentral warranty" is not worth anything because they don't reply to any emails or returns requests. The company is refusing to refund the item in full charging collection, restocking and admin fees totalling £80.00. Never use this company... Firstly misdirects with a UK website despite being Hongkong based. So delay in delivery. Had to buy another iPad from Apple Store as was a Gift. When requested to cancel order because of non delivery was advised of cancellation charges & once get the delivery to pay for return postage. My family purchased a Nikon D3300 kit (with two lenses) from EGlobal Central as a Christmas present for me. The camera and lenses did arrive in time but half way through Christmas Day the 18-55mm lens 'stopped working'(camera not recognising the lens). Fortunately the other lens 55-200mm still worked OK. Don't bother with this lot they are in Hong Kong. Ordered a camera on 18 December 2015 and nothing has arrived a month later. Will have to get a refund via credit card company. Spend the extra cash with a supplier in your own country and you'll save a whole lot of heartache (and if you're looking for a camera like me you'll not have lost a whole load of photo opportunities.
