I ordered the tablet I wanted, about £50 cheaper than anywhere else. Was a bit worried by the negative reviews. It was delivered 6 days later (6 days not 6 working days. Received correct item, brand new, unopened, box in perfect condition and it's working fine so far. Think it was sourced from Hungary so the plug is not UK but an adaptor was provided if needed. This company is misleading and deceiving. They are not based in the U.K. As they'd have you believe, things cost you more cost of import duty. 2 months ago I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge from Eglobal Central. It does not function well and can not be used properly. Contrary to their warranty conditions, I can send it to the UK per courier and the costs and risk are for me. Furthermore they did not give me a considerence period of 14 days, which they are legally obliged to do in our country. As a result this period is extended to 12 months and I asked my money back. Avoid this company at all costs. They're website breaches various legislations here in the UK. At no point does it show that the products are no not designed for the UK market and are in fact Asian. This can be a massive problem for things such as smart watches, like in my case. If you get an Asian device many of the apps etc your wanting or used ti will not be avaliable to you as its not a UK device. Returning the goods is impossible. An Amazon Kindle Paperwhite ordered & paid for on Decemeber 6, 2015. It was intended to be a Christmas present! No tracking service available, apart from 'packing and delivery soon.' I implore all potential customers of eglobalcentral (english, EU and US) to read the reviews before purchasing! The reviews do not lie – check out the number of 1-stars!! My experience is to do with after sales service on faulty goods. If you have faulty goods from this company good luck in resolving the issue. If your goods are fine then they are probably fine too. Having bought a smart watch from EGlobal Central because it was slightly cheaper than elsewhere, I was not put off by the week it took to reach me. However when the straps on the watch broke about a month later (a known fault in older versions of the product), EGlobal refused to replace the straps. “Bootleg product delivered, warranty void, zero after-sales”

After buying a "Bose product" from this company (which I now know is based in China), and it becoming faulty, I then find from the manufacturer that the product is non-serial numbered, not authorised and so not guaranteed. Added to this, the "eglobalcentral warranty" is not worth anything because they don't reply to any emails or returns requests. Never use this company... Firstly misdirects with a UK website despite being Hongkong based. So delay in delivery. Had to buy another iPad from Apple Store as was a Gift.
