I bought to items this week and both of them were canceled the next day getting the following email:

We sent you this email to inform your order has been canceled due to one of below reason(s).

1) As per you request – We do understand your concerns and look forward to have you back.
2) Incomplete payment – Please place your order again, we are waiting.
3) Unavailability of stock – We didn’t want you to wait for longer time.
4) Unable to complete security verification within 5 working days.
5) No response to our emails – We’d love to hear back from you!

Please next time send at least the proper reason:
The payment was done successfully, the item is still in stock on your website and I didn't receive any email or notification from you.
