An Amazon Kindle Paperwhite ordered & paid for on Decemeber 6, 2015. It was intended to be a Christmas present! No tracking service available, apart from 'packing and delivery soon.' When the time period was questioned, I was told the order was being ‘processed’ then on December 21, I was told they had to order a replacement as the original was damaged during transit from the supplier. I was assured ‘pre-Christmas delivery is still on schedule.’ The Kindle Paperwhite finally arrived in the first week of January, 2016 – it only took a month! Good price, but don’t use for a speedy delivery – or expect much of an explanation for any delay!
