Ordered a Canon camera from E Global ( U K ) thinking that they were that , U K based but was dismayed to find they were actually Hong Kong based , even a cursory check on reviews gave them 4.5 out of 5 so not concerned in the slightest.
Imagine my horror once I checked the reviews more thoroughly , pretty sure that was money down the drain.
Not so , E Global replied to my e-mails , respected that I wished to purchase from the U K due to any warranty or returns issues that may arise , offered a free SD card to proceed with my purchase but promptly returned my money to my account when I requested .
