Having given them the benefit of the doubt, I still find myself now 4 month from the time I returned my item for repair, and still the same generic emails that my item is at the service department and they will contact me when its ready to be returned.
I have now decided to take the company to small claims court and will be seeking legal advice on the best way to get compensation.
My advice to anyone buying from this company is to spend a bit more money and purchase your goods from a company that you can trust will replace/repair your item if it is faulty within the warranty period.
