I ordered a Nokia Lumia 1520 (yellow) from Valuebasket on 8th Dec 2014.

Overall Service: I am satisfied with the competitive pricing, product quality upon receipt, offer (got a bluetooth shutter free!), quality of packaging, quality of service in terms of tracking shipment, invoice copy provision etc.

Improvement Area: The turnaround time (from order till delivery) can be improved upon. I ordered on 8th Dec but finally got delivery via DPD only on the 22nd Dec (14 calendar days is way more than other competitors so will be good if planning of logistics etc. can be worked upon please...).
