“Order Processing - Forever!!”

When I read the review, seems that customers either rate it extremely good or extremely bad. Weird!! For me, it"s another bad rating. 0 star if possible!

Order processing seems to be forever. Deduct account on a timely manner (asap), but until today, still "your order is being make ready". Hah? What takes you so long? What is "typically shipped out within 3-5 business days" means? Business weeks or months should fit more.

I should say the customer service is very good! So good and polite to give you a roundabout response that make you could do nothing but wait.

Thinking about canceling my order, but probably need to wait for another era to be get my money credited back.

Thanks Valuebasket! To give me such a horrible experience.
