Excellent service from the shop to the installation of the new product to the removal of the old one, couldn't be faulted

I bought a new 55" Panasonic Oled TV which was in a Winter Sale. Have been a buyer of this brand for a number of years now, and this was my fourth tv from Panasonic. My previous tv was also an Ultra HD model but not the latest Oled. As most people have stated in their reviews the picture quality is excellent and the sound is also top notch. I would say however, if you have a tv and have a cinema kit (amplifier with speakers etc. then don't buy this tv with the bladed speaker. Some people have said the sound quality is not so good. My answer to this would be that the cinema kit is a dedicated option to boost your movie experience and the speaker with this tv is not designed like this, even though it does an admirable job with movies etc. If like myself you only have the built in speakers on your tv, then DO purchase it with the speaker option, as it does make a big difference in the long road. My last tv was only 20 watts in total and this speaker delivers 80 watts. The bass is very good and you don't need to turn up the volume too high to hear what is being said. Overall I was as said before very happy with the picture quality (have Sky HD box and the picture looks very nice and 4K videos on Netflix and Youtube look nice too and indeed the sound is excellent. Finally with regard to this company, I was given good service from the sales team with updates and the delivery and installation service was excellent too. I would definately recommend this TV and this company.

Wanted a 55” smart 4K tv and THT direct answered all my questions honestly with no patronising and consequently I went for a Samsung. I’d done plenty online research and THT were the best price AND a 5 year guarantee! They deivered dead on the time specified followed by a no-nonsense setup and installation that took no time at all. It was a pleasure to do business and my TV is fantastic. Just a bit embarrassed I’d ran out of coffee for the very nice installation engineer chap.

Fantastic smooth service from start to finish. Ordered Sunday and got delivered Wednesday. We got a text the night before to tell us the 2 hr slot for the next day. The delivery man was also fantastic and helped my husband very much and nothing was too much trouble. He didn’t just drop of the TV and rush away to the next delivery like a lot do. I would defo use again, fantastic service.

Products are exactly what we were looking for. Excellent service meant we were up and running again very quickly.

Only one thing, the green sticky label on the DOOR...! Had one sticky mess to rub off. Could this label not be applied to the back where it could stay forever, and out of site. Other than that I am pleased with my second LEC Fridge freezer. Thanks

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Called into shop on Tuesday to look for a new washing machine. All questions I asked were answered with great details and explanations. Ordered new machine to be delivered, fitted and old machine taken away. Phoned me 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and expected time he would be here. Machine installed and checked and explained to me. I have used Transat for other household items and always get a great service and the appliances last much longer than I have previously experienced from your big retailers. I would definitely recommend Transat and good that it is a local business.

I decided to shop locally for my new fridge freezer and support a local business! I was able to see the appliances and choose the most suitable prior to buying and arrange a delivery date and time slot to suit. Delivery driver arrived well within the time slot and was very helpful and polite.

It always feels a bit of a risk buying on-line using a company you have never heard of, even reading reviews about the company still feels like a bit of a risk. However i have already recommended THT Direct to friends. The price was good, i received a txt telling me my order would be delivered the next day within a 2hr window and thanked me for my business.
