As summer has turned to fall, we still don't have our Samsung TV installed. Yes, it has been a whole season! They came to install on June 4th and, though I paid for custom install, they were unable to complete the job. COUNTLESS calls, cancellations and excuses bring us to 25 October where finally we had the installer coming. Exactly 28 minutes before arriving and after we completely cleared our lounge in preparation, we get a call from Richer Sounds Chelsea saying the installer was sick. UNBELIEVABLE. They promise to call back tomorrow to rearrange. Not holding my breath. DON'T trust Richer Sounds to honour their contracts, words or promises.

Thank you for your review although I was obviously sorry to learn of your recent experience with our Chelsea store and offer my sincere apologies.

Customer Service is our number one priority so I was therefore most concerned to read your comments, of course the TV should have been installed within your desired time frame which leaves me at a complete to explain our store’s poor service on this occasion.

Please be assured that I will take your comments up with the branch manager as a matter of urgency with a view to determining what went wrong here and ensure steps are put in place to prevent this reoccurring in the future.

I understand our Installations team have now visited you and are in the process of resolving the matter to your satisfaction.

Hi;

Thanks for the follow up. Indeed we did get a great installer in to do the job. He was able to do about 90% of the work and was very good and thorough in his work (Go Jeff). He still needs to come in and finish some decorating and other small bits and when that is done, we will have this all behind us. Thanks again for the follow up!

what a shame you didn't take a more personal approach every time, even if, as i am sure you are busy, it's just to look at how things are being done.
my experience with Richer Sounds has been disgraceful and if my problem is ever sorted out, i wont be using it again!
