Brilliant and highly efficient service from start to finish. Had never heard of this company before it appeared on a list of retailers selling the vacuum I wanted, so I read lots of earlier reviews and thought it must be okay,and I wasn't disappointed. Ordered online at the weekend, got an E-mail first thing Monday morning to say item would be delivered on Tuesday, and that I would get another E-mail in the morning with a 1hr time slot. Item arrived 30mins into that time - very impressed and would definitely use again
