... of my life, I ordered a pair of Sennheiser MM500-X headphones from them and paid a premium to have next day delivery, the next day when I hadn't heard from them I phoned and was told that they would get back to me.
When I hadn't heard from them againI phoned again and was told that they were sorry (ha, I bet you were) that they shouldn't have sold me this product as they had none in stock and they didn't know when they would get any and my money would be refunded.
It beggars belief that a retailer could sell something online that they did not in fact have, I wonder if they will refund my out of pocket expenses due to the fact that I had a day off work to wait for the product.
If you have any sense at all you will not deal with them, I cannot stress enough how unhappy I am with the service.

They shouldn't be allowed to trade, management are liars, they also review themselves, hence the good reviews
