Canon 5D Mk IV - Simply amazing

I've used Panamoz in the past to purchase a Canon 6D a few years back and was back then taking a risk on Imported goods, I have to say that since then I would say that the service the provide has improved in regards to the Warranty they provide.

After about 6-8months of waiting for the price to drop on the Canon 5D Mk IV and also justifying the cost in my own head I took the plunge, Purchased on a Monday and Received on the following Monday, not quite as quick as previous but indeed amazing considering where it came from, maybe the delay was with the carrier as this is UPS and previously it was FedEx.

Customer services were great as always with very prompt responses to emails/request.

The Camera came already opened as the I purchased a CF card and Extra Battery so they were all sitting nicely in the box already.

The camera is fantastic, the ergonomics and focus system was one of the bigger selling points for myself but considering the price is a good £1000 cheaper than current UK stock it is basically a steal.

Price does appear to have leveled out and to top it off 3 year warranty which is more than the standard 1 year that Canon provide is a bonus.

I've read that the warranty process is actually quite smooth with you taking the initial cost for repairs under warranty, I suspect they need to accept that before you go ahead but they provide that cost back to you once you provide them with a invoice for the cost.

I would totally recommend Panamoz to anyone buying Camera equipment that they stock as the service is possibly better than what you'd get from other suppliers.
