Great Site!! but Read the full review for details

I've ordered from panamoz quite a while ago, they've sent me the tracking number next day, i monitored the parcel all the way, it supposed to come on monday but i wasn't at home so i just got the note from UPS that it will be delivered next day... unfortunately these idiots in UPS have been lying to me for whole week promising they will deliver next day, I've been calling them everyday and everyday i got same promise for delivery next day... on friday they told me they lost my parcel?!!
I've told Panamoz about the situation and after they investigate what happened, they sent me a new parcel, which arrived in 2 days!! thats very good!! Parcel has been sent with TNT instead of UPS.
I will strongly recommend ordering from the site, its a lot cheaper then in uk and is really good. The only thing i would advise you of is, when you order, write to panamoz not to send it with UPS... Honestly the worst courier company ever.
