I lost £230 after I have send my faulty phone back to them. As advised me on ticket system never after got any respond. 6 months. Be really careful.

Phone at a good price. It went wrong and they asked for it back to fix. They never sent it back after saying they had it. They are not answering my messages on their ticket system. Don't trust them and poor customer service.

Bought a phone in November 2015 for £275 for a Xmass gift.I cancelled the order as it was late with delivery when phone was with them. When arrived late after 4 weeks, have sent it back to the address they gave me and nothing. They blocked my RMA return account. Didn't contact me after returning the phone at all. No answers at all. No refund and phone either.Sent by sign for delivery. MORE CASES LIKE MINE THROUGH THE WEB.WHERE'S POLICE????

I have ordered a camera for my son this Christmas it was ordered on the 11th December way in time for Christmas. It's now the 21st December and after chasing and chasing I still have no idea where it is! There is nobody to speak to just a number for an address in Paris which I have rung but all in french and then it goes dead. How are these organisations allowed to trade they have taken over £450 of my money and I have no idea if my son will get a present this year it's a crime! I wouldn't have used this complany if I had known this would happen.

I bought Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.10.1 inch WiFi T530 16 GB Tablet (Black), the tablet was sent back back to Kappsa for repairs shortly after purchase because it was not charging. The problem re-occurred, the tablet stopped charging about a week ago. I contacted Kappsa, sent several emails, opened a new ticket #975191) but no one responded. The tablet is still under basic 12 months warranty. Yet Kappsa customer services are not responding. Please note that I have email trail to show that the tablet is still under 12 momths as detailed below: 1) On 5th Dec 2014, 13:01pm, I received this email, "Your order has been Prepared for Shipment". 2) On 2nd Feb 2015, 10:00am, when the tablet first stopped charging and I contacted you,I received this email, Hi----, A customer support staff member has replied to your support request, with the following response: Hello ----, Thank you for contacting us. We want to know that have you tried to charge the tab 4 with other electric wire? And one more questions, can your device switch on now? Thank you. Regards,

I purchased a Sony xperia z ultra phone on the 4th Sept and it arrived 10 days later, it says in the the sales blerb that all items are shipped from the uk but my phone came from Sweden sent to the uk and then reposted, the reason it takes so long to get here. I was informed the whole way through of position of the phone and delivery i was given an hour delivery time.The price of the phone was good the delivery time of 10 days bad and it came with 2 pin charger plug.

No way of talking to them, you have to fill a ticket in on line which gives you a generic reply, i.e. where is my lens? Reply DHL will be in touch shortly. Service is less than poor.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY! I purchased a HTC phone online through kappasa. They sent the phone but with a DODGY CHINESE CHARGER and my phone had some Chinese TV apps pre installed! I requested for a UK pin charger but I got a converter! A few months later the charger blew up with a BIG SPARK and my room almost got fire. When I reported this, they sent me a dodgy Chinese charger without cable and the customer service rep was rude saying it was my fault I didn't mention about cable! Its been months & I have not received my charger! DO NOT BUY THESE DODGY ITEMS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Hi I was facing many problems with kappsa, I suggest you never ever buy anything ,I bought a mobile they were sending me a faulty phone, i went to the the repair shop they said its used one its blocked then i realised and i was asking refund they are not replying finally i was asking very seriously even i was posting with my money ,finally i got a Refund after 2 months

ordered a Samsung s5 for my son on 23 May after two emails chasing it up it arrived on 10 June. Think it may have taken longer if I hadn't pestered them. They included a 16 gb card as an apology for the delay. The phone is £399 on the high street and I paid £275 so the saving made it worth the wait. Would use again.

I placed an order for a phone and its been 8 days since I ordered and as of her I have not had the phone delivered. I've not even had a tracking number yet they claim it has been despatched. Slow service and customer service is also slow. Don't get back to you for days!

Ordered a galaxy note 4 gold 16gb duos -- was not certain to make the order, searched all over, not many companies offer this phone, none in the uk anyway. Researched the company, then finally went for it. Still feeling unsure after the order, confirmation of products and dispatch were all correct. Then it arrived 5 days later, well protected for its long transit. Custom as expected had opened the sealed box, but that can't be avoided. Checks and procedures need to be done as it a import. Everything is as it should be and with such a competitive price no complaints here, would highly recommend a purchase from Kappsa.

This store has lots of 5 star reviews with some unusual English phrases. It is remarkably similar to the standard of English used by Kappsa customer service in their emails. I'm sure there is no link but it is something to consider when judging the validity of certain reviews.

I travel due to work reasons. I opened kappsa website and was thrown EU version of website by their servers. I ordered Note 4 which was quite cheap than available anywhere. I registed my account and payed through paypal but asked them to deliver to UK address. My order states its hold, but when i asked their customer service. Their exact response was """There is an error in our store system and let you can book the order at Kappsa EU store which is not yet lived. So the price and service is not valid and we do not accept any order from there. That's why your order is cancelled (Just saying "Hold" now) and you can see we do not capture any amount from you in PayPal. If you would like to buy the item again, please go to kappsa This is the lamest excuse. If a website in not live, your payments should not be processed. you are not allowed to register details and process a transaction. This is coming from experience by working in IT industry. Also soon after i reported it, they shooted up the price to double the amount matching it to UK price. However customer service was good as every response was replied the next day. It was only done through email. No other way of contact possible. !!!!BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Phone came fairly quickly considering I ordered it on New Years eve. First warning was when I switched on phone and the menus were in Chinese. I managed to switch the language and got WIFI and apps all set up. However phone has some region lock on (Samsung UK confirmed this when I rang them and gave them some numbers on the phone) so it only works with a Hong Kong / China sim card. Not ideal when selling it to UK customers! Customer service are slow. I have had the phone a week now and have still not been given any solution despite me sending screen grabs and explaining the problem clearly. I have raised a dispute through Paypal but have had no response from Kappsa there either. Great prices and good site if item works but if not you will end up with a headache. On reflection I should have bought from a genuine UK website.

Update..
After raising dispute through Paypal, Kappsa customer service gave me the UK address to return the phone. Sent it Special Delivery and they refunded the original cost as soon as they received the phone (the next day).
Only cost me £7.15 postage, but lesson learned.

Don't be fooled into thinking that just because there website mentions customer service that there is any. Received phone reasonably quickly but soon discovered fault. Reported fault through their ticket system and have received occasional responses from them usually several days later. Have asked where to send phone for repair or replacement but no answer ever received. After several weeks have given up and have had phone fixed at my own cost. Given I also paid for the extended warranty this stinks! Yes they are cheaper and had there been no problem with the phone I would have been happy with the purchase but be prepared that if something is wrong you are on your own and paying for an extended warranty is a complete waste of money!

Yes I'm having the same problems, the phone they sent is not working and I have sent 4 messages, none of them answered. Really frustrated now. No UK contact number. ARRRRRRGRR
