Ordered a Nexus 5 online - easy process and good price. This is where the good experience stopped.
Poor response time to any email inquiries, unspecific advice given and questions completely ignored (i.e. an estimated delivery time, even within a few days).
Product has not arrived after 11 business days (advised 5-8 by a representative via email). Money was of course taken out of my account on the 3rd day. To put this in perspective Google (although more expensive) delivered my previous phone in under 18 hours.
Not contactable by phone - only through their online help service.
It seems I have had a different experience to many customers but personally would not recommend Kappsa. Delivery time is awful and if anything goes wrong you will have a hard time contacting and getting a solid response.
