“Disastrous Comapny”

I ordered a 3D TV from these people. The website said 1-3 days delivery.
No telly arrived. They then said that 1-3 days only relates to the area close to their warehouse..as I was in a very remote location (Edinburgh!!) they would only be able to deliver on the next Sunday 'cos they dont use couriers.

Waited in all day...no telly...no contact.

They never reply to emails and they never answer the phone..it took me 23 calls to get through to them. They gave me a rubbish story about the TV having gone missing and they would get back to me. 32 calls later they finally decided they could not provide the telly and they would refund my money.

2 weeks later...still no refund

I think these people are crooks.

I couldn't agree with you more, and that's why they don't answer their phone; they don't reply emails either.
