I bought my new mobilephone via this shop and was quite happy to find such a cheap offer. Afterwards I realized that the Goods come from China with long delivery time. Furthermore my manual is written in Mandarin and the Plug-In-Connector is made for the asien-market, so i got an adapter. That ar facts which I didn't found in the description.

I am totaly disapinted of this shop. I paid directly ba credit card and beside I contaced them a few times a haven´t received an offcial invoice for my purchase. This is a nogo!!! Unprofessional and not to recommend. I am really annoyed of such behavior. It doesn´t fit in our service oriented environment. And not answering mails is a second reason to avoid shops like this.

Was really happy to receive my order much faster than anticipated and could track it easily as well. The goods were as described and really happy with it so far. Would definitely recommend them or use them again. Did not have to make use of the customer service so cannot evaluate it.
