I had a similar experience to the gentleman with the ipad. I bought a digital camera via KGB from Funky-pig.com and have never received it. They said they had sent it then they said my address was wrong then that they had sent it again. KGB just as useless, I bought the goods on 11th December and am yet to receive my goods or a refund from KGB. I also cannot get any answers from Funky-pig.com. appalling service all round. Bought an ipad cover through kgb and placed order with funky pig on 27th December. Paid for postage through Paypal and received confirmation. When I still hadn't received my goods or any responses from funky pig by 14th January, I contacted kgb. kgb said funky pig hadn't received my order. Whatever you do please do not purchase anything from this merchant as you will never receive the goods and will lose your money. I ordered goods beginning of December 2012, chased it 7 times by email and telephone calls and have been fobbed off by some person, by the sounds of it works in a warehouse!! Bought colour changing shower head in july 12, it worked OK for 4 weeks, september 12 contacted funky-pig requesting details to exchange for new, working one, ignored completely, email 3 or 4 times then received an email asking what I expected them to do about it????????. Wrote to them requesting details of the address where I could send legal papers as I was going to take them to the small claims court, total silence from them and from Wowcher ever since. Interesting. I too bought a colour changing shower head. It worked ok for a couple of weeks and then died. I emailed Funky Pig on 22 December and waited for a reasonable time for a reply, given that it was over Christmas and new year. As I haven't heard from them, I emailed them again today and my email bounced back as undeliverable because their mailbox is full. There is no phone number, only a fax and address. I will be contacting Wowcher tomorrow (Monday) but I doubt they will do anything. AVOID Funky Pig like the plague!

Do not use this company. I ordered an item through themon 13th December and nothing, no updates, no nothing. I have emailed them, nothing. There website only has one phone number and that is for business development (that's a joke with their customer skills) but lo and behold, the line is dead. Like many others on here I have been scammed by KGB Deals and Funky-Pig.com. I ordered and paid for a Y-pad for my daughters christmas was reading delivery and deals stuff wait 5-10 days for delivery, this ws at the beginning of the month. kept checking and was informed that all orders would be recieved before christmas, e-mailed them with no reply so, e-mailed KGB they advised item recieved befor xmas which it did not then advised of wrong item, so emailed again. I fell for the KGB offer Funky Pig shamballa watches, two for £8, plus £6.99 for postage. Advertised as costing £60 normally. Amazon sell them for £6. I was kicking myself for not doing some research. Anyhow, watches arrived, both had severe scratches on the face. Not fit for purpose. Emailed funky-pig. No reply. No, no, no! Do not give them a single penny. I bought a quirky showerhead via Wowcher. Paid £3.95 for postage, which was 3 weeks!!! I could have walked from Scotland picked it up and walked home to fit it in half that time! When it arrived it was the wrong one. they give a choice of two and sent the wrong one! I to bought two of these vouchers, ie 4 watches in total, and after numerous emails to KGB and Funky Pig eventually got one order delivered, ie 2 watches. I'm not impressed at all and have opened yet another query with KGB as this is shockingly bad customer service from both KGB and Funky Pig. I supposed I should be pleased that I received any of the order and will certainly not use KGB or Funky Pig ever again. This was my first time using KGB and will certainly be my last. The watches are certainly not worth £40.00 as the advert states, they arrive in a little shabby plastic bag and you could not give someone a gift like that therefore I shall have to go and buy something to put them in to be able to give them as gifts. Well and truelly ripped off by this "deal".

KGB offer Funky Pig shamballa watches, two for £8, great xmas filler I thought, did think £6.99 was steep for postage but bought it anyway. three weeks later, no watches, no reply to emails and phone number that I got through when I had a query placing the order now appears to have been switched off. I think I have been conned, wouldnt recommend and hope KGB have the decency to refund me, filed a complaint with paypal as I paid the postage through them, what a waste of time. (read more)

Thats what happened to me aswell, they got in contact with me once i contacted paypal saying that my order has been cancelled and i would need to wait on paypal refunding me! had to do the same with kgb aswell!

I think they could have minimise most of the damage to their reputation if they had had the courtesy to respond to the 3 emails I had sent.

As suggest by one of the forum i have raised a dispute with PAYPAL. Since our payment was went through PAYPAL we can get our money back if the seller did not respond to PAYPAL case within 10 days time. The case should be raised with PAYPAL within 45 days of making the payment. All the communication will be handled by PAYPAL after you make a dispute with them. We just have to wait for the email from PAYPAL about the status.
The contact number is 08707 307 191. To avoid lengthy waiting going through the automated system say “Agent” after some time on your call to talk to some person. you need to have the card number details which you used to make the payment (last 4 digits) or the receipt number which can be found on the email you received for your payment from PAYPAL.

Well these finally turned up to day but never once did funkys pig customer service team ever get back me. Dont think you can call that customer service.
And I have to say you get what you pay for! Pure tat these are listed as £29.95 for two and they're really worth about 50p if that. Gave them to the kids to play with as they're supposed to be more practical than a standard wallet - I dont think so.

PS - I finally received my order last week - I would not have paid the supposed price for them, I think the price they supposedly were at was unlikely for the quality. It had cost less that a pound to post them, yet I was charged nearly a fiver for postage and packing. So almost two months after the money was taken, I did receive the order.

I agree with you. bought the same item on December12...having the same trouble....and now emails to KGB are bouncing back....not great...I had oredered other items without problems...but now think I am being taken for ride as Funky pig is completely silent ans has not acknowledged any e-mails....and KGB is going the same way...time to contact the Ombusdman!
