Adrian from the customers service team was amazing. I had previously ordered this same machine (LG SILVER 8KG WASHING MACHINE) form Electrical Experience, it was in stock and they said next day delivery (3 weeks on i was still left waiting)so i cancelled my order and placed an order with Jade Technology. Because of my previous experience i was sceptical whether or not they would deliver when they said they could or if indeed they even had the product in stock!. I spoke with Adrian via a live web messenger service that Jade Technology provide and he was fantastic!! not only did he promise to have my machine delivered on the day i wanted (it could have been delivered a day earlier but wasnt convenient for me) he arranged for the driver to call me when he was half an hr away for my house, then called himself to inform me that the driver was near by. My machine was delivered 4 days after my order was placed!!and the delivery driver was really friendly. I can honestly say that good customer service goes a long way. I am 100% happy with my goods and the best part is that the machine i bought from Jade Technology was £30 cheaprer than the original one i had ordered for Electrical Experiece... I am indeeed a very happy bunny.... thanks Adrian :0)
