I bought a Panasonic Hi Fi which developed a fault soon after purchase. District were excellent. They arranged for collection and replacement . All I had to do was to get an authorised repairer to look at the unit to verify the fault. District did the rest. It was an unfortunate situation that you would prefer not to happen but District resolved it without any fuss. (read more)

They immediately came back saying that the machine needed to be returned to them. I just took delivery of a Samsung gamer laptop today which I ordered on Wednesday. Throughout the process these guys kept me informed and were really helpful in answering my questions.
