Ordered tablet via Amazon. The unit had a cover with integrated plug in keyboard. Some of the keys didn't work so I contacted D2DeK and asked for a replacement. They responded by requesting my Amazon order no which I duly sent them. Then they asked me to bear with them while they sorted it out. Since then they haven't responded at all to any of the several emails I have sent them over the last few months. Don't touch this S(c)UM company with a bargepole
