Ordered a couple of headphone cables with special delivery on a wednesday evening at 7pm only needing them on Friday.
After no sign of the cables on Friday and no contact from them I finally got an email 8pm Friday saying they had just been dispatched - likely not to even arrive on Saturday. When I called customer service as soon as I received the email he couldn't care less and just told me to send the cables back if I wasn't happy!
If they had just said on order or on Thursday or Friday that they couldn't fulfil my order then I could have gone elsewhere in time but now am stuck with nothing!
