“Very poor customer service”

JVC 42" TV LT-42C550 failed within 2 months of purchase. Curry's would not replace and did not offer refund, only offered to repair within 8 days leaving us without a working television. Customer service was appalling to get through to and I was on hold for 25 minutes. Once someone finally answered they were unhelpful, rude and very defensive of how they were handling our case. Would definitely recommend to go elsewhere as the merchandise seems to be as dependable as the below average customer service team.
