The online buy web have a bug. It allows express delivery to not allowed postal codes. The only thing to reproduce it is to refresh the page when ask for the delivery postal code in the mobile web version.

know how service don't do nothing, is a phone that in the 99% of the cases says: go to the web page.

in the stores they don't do nothing...

4 days waiting for a tv that in the web says that will be delivered the next day, my conversation with the know how guy in the currys store:

My tv don't arrives and you have the same product in your store, can you cancel the online one and give this one?
No.
Ok, can you cancel the order?
No.
Can you give me a solution... You are loosing a customer..
No, call to the know how phone number.
Could you call to the central and ask for a solution?
They will wants to speak with you... Is the same phone of as the public one.

if you buy something online you always take into account the delivery date... In this case is the delivery date is a lie...

fortunately I don't spent too much money, 169 pounds+5 pounds for next day delivery...

my plans were to spent 1500 aprox in a big tv two laptops and a tablet, obviously I'm going to do it by amazon or other else... Or maybe I'm going to buy it in Spain, all except the tv.

Never trust in currys they aren't professionals, believe me.
