They KNOWHOW to naff people off!!!!

Bought a Range Master cooker and was told it would be delivered on the Wednesday between 1:30 pm - 5:30pm.
Took the day off work and they didn't bother turning up!
Called there customer service and the woman was so rude to me and said that she was not going to discuss it any further and hung up. The delivery was then booked in for a Friday between the same time. Took another day off work, got to 5:30pm and still no show. Called them up again for them to tell me that the delivery is between 1:30 and 8pm. (Doesn't say that on the text you get or on the website) driver called me at 7:45pm to ask where I lived? I asked him why did they not call me to say thy were going to be late? The bloke was a complete muppet and when they finally arrived they asked me to help them get it in. Giving that I'm a 5ft nothing woman that weighs 9stone I told them where to go. If you're going to get a delivery from these people be prepared to lose the will to live and if you do finally get the delivery, make sure you do the bare minimum.
