samsung fridge repairs

What can i say about knowhow or rather don't knowhow to repair a fridge they are absolutely useless if anyone got an american fridge don't let them get near it they have no idea what they are doing one guy turned up spent half a day said he fitted some part made no difference called them back out another idiot turned up no tools said he,s going to order some parts how can you order something and you have'nt even touch the bloody thing and don't be fooled by no fix no fee or one price covers all its a joke the oldest trick in the book and we all fall for it everytime. Ask yourselve how can someone says that until they know whats gone wrong with your appliance. Anyway sod them got another company out agsrefrigeration they came out and got my machine up and running and nothing to do with what those plonkers at knowhow were saying.
