Delivery disgusting

We had a cooker delivered before christmas and the delivery man was so rude about having steps up to front of property (even though they had been warned and it was on delivery instructions).. Now today we had new washing machine delivered and the instruction was to take away old machine. They also moaned about steps saying they hadnt been pre warned (again it was on instructions)and then they refused to take old one away saying no room on van !!!!!! so they had just taken new machine off to deliver to me so that would leave space !!! It then took over half hour on phone to rearrange collection, We had to drag old machine outside and place new one in.. Think Currys need to seriously need to review delivery service
