I have learnt that you can get Knowhow currys or pc world or who ever they are to compensate you for damage. Get them to deliver an item Then phone up claim the delivery men damaged your floor Make the claim about £250 and knowhow group will send a cheque after you have sent 2 quotes hen sent the item you bough baqck for a refund within 28 days You can claim for decorateing if you want Say they caught wall with old appliance. It works ive done it,
