Bought an integrated freezer from comet auction. When my builder came to fit the integrated door he found that the freezer came without instructions and WITHOUT the necessary fittings. The auction add said that no pieces were missing! I contacted Comet and was told that because I hadnt reported the parts were missing within 7 days of purchase "they are unable to assist you any further on this occasion."

AWFUL SERVICE !! Stay Clear of THEM!! Also when you ring their customer service they charge 10p a minute to phone them!!! And they put you on hold for however long they feel like... nice little money earner!
