On 13th August 2014 I ordered a pair of CS800 headphones, in red, using a voucher discount code from a nationally recognised voucher company. Chimp Electronics acknowledged th order, took payment for P&P, but have NEVER delivered the item! My order status is still showing as "processing", and I have never received a single reply to ANY of my telephone calls or emails. This has to be the worst service I have ever experienced as it is a total failure in all aspects except for taking payment of course!
Avoid at all costs, please do not be stung as badly as I have been. Appalling.

Fully understand your frustration with this company as a genuinely extremely angry and badly mistreated customer. However, since posting this review, someone from Chimp Electronics did contact me via email, apologised, and by recorded delivery sent out my goods and a gift in apology. Original service was absolutely appalling and it should have NEVER reached the stage it did. The resolution of the issue was exemplary though. Posting this review was the single reason I got their attention and got it resolved.

I have since spoken to a very efficient person from this company following this review who has now fully resolved the issue and to a very satisfactory standard. After an initial unacceptable service, the resolution is spot on. Thank you.
