Excellent Customer Service

I bought headphones via wowcher and inadvertently put my work address and home postcode. I felt I'd waited a while for delivery and rang Chimp (no problems getting through on their advertised telephone number) and while on the phone I realised my error. The guy I was speaking with was wonderful and assured me, that even though it was my error, he would despatch another set that day as he was confident the original ones would be returned to them by Royal Mail. The second set were delivered to my home before 9.00am the next morning.
When I returned to work after Christmas I realised Chimp had also delivered the first set if headphones. I rang - again no problem with contacting them - and explained and was told that as a gesture of good will I could keep that set too. Amazing.
The product is good although the packaging maybe not as good as some. We have bought numerous pairs of headphones from the very cheap to the very expensive and in all honesty the ones I am most disappointed with are the dearest. These were very reasonably priced (via wowcher) and decent quality. The customer service was amazing and their response time incredible. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anybody. And no, I'm not related to any of the staff!
