Bought a 7" tablet in October 2013 just before I went into hospital for an operation. Used it constantly when I came home, had a lot of fun with it. Unfortunately it stopped charging late February, having contacted Chimp early March I was very pleased to receive a replacement in the post shortly after. I didn't have to pay to return the item as I was sent a pre-paid label. My son also bought one at the same time which I used in the meantme. Have no complaints about the service what so ever.

This sounds like complete hogswill. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole.
