Rutherglen store Glasgow... Work this one out, purchased an iPod online that has issues, contacted store which said it is has no issues as it was tested before dispatch, well if it was then it wasn't tested fully.. they have said to return but its at my expense, how is this fair? When I email Rutherglen store they are ignoring me so I have to then email the generic customer services so there is a lot of back and forth going on. Absolute joke of a company, I am mid stage Parkinsons Disease and mentioned this to them, not because I want special treatment but just a bit of help, but nothing. I would look elsewhere if looking for 2nd hand tech.

I purchased a laptop on April 2022 . A few months later the screen developed a fault. Please note the laptop was still under the warranty. At first the shop denied that they had any responsibility and told me to repair it at my own cost. Clearly the store has shown that any warranty claims are purely upon their description, essentially meaning a warranty is meaningless and not a legal obligation as described by Consumer act right 2015. It seems they don't believe they are obliged to follow the law or offer appropriate customer service to their customers; they can do whatever they want. Without any proof on their side they rejected an independent report regarding the nature of the fault. After their assessment they shipped faulty items back to me and closed the case at their end. The Rotherham shop has failed to respond to my query to a satisfactory level, making me pay for repair and all the additional expenses. The shop has hidden itself behind its own interpretation of the Consumer Rights Act. They don't have responsibility for "after sale care" and accused me of causing damage which is a false not to mention convenient. It is also totally contrary to the investigation carried out by an independent expert. I offered the shop a number of chances to rectify the situation, however they failed to do so.

Sick to the back teeth of this shop. 3 times (that I know of!) They have bought MY property off the same known person, who is supposedly banned for life from ALL Cash Generators. How many times do the Police have to take back my belongings and me have the girl charged????? The girl even uses her own name, with the same ID and her own address, yet they still let her sell them stuff. What is wrong with the absolute disgrace for human beings that work there???? They should be ashamed of themselves!!!

If I could give no stars I would, be very cautious in buying from cash generator Glasgow I have returned. a iPad mini because it was Faulty on the 13th of November and I am still waiting for my refund. I visited the Sheffield store who were selling an Omega Speedmaster when I examined the watch I realised it was counterfeit and a poor one at that. It had the Schumacher special edition dial yet the case back said "moon watch" the movement was not even a chronograph. It was a very poor copy when I mentioned this I was told that 3 people had verified it and was made to look like a charlatan. The watch is for sale for £600 a fraction of the value of a genuine watch. I emailed the branch but received no response I am disgusted that a high street store can trade in this way and will be contacting Trading Standards.

Amazing Used the shop before it closed down (was like a cheap second hand bike shop) and they never had any money to buy anything. Went in to it on Monday new owners the place is transformed all the latest stuff. bought a new apple se for £250 sold my old Samsung for a good price (yes they had money and the guy said they never run out) On my way out a smart tv caught me eye I was instantly offered 10% discount since I had already bought a mobile. They delivered it for free,installed it and took the rubbish away. amazing great service every one needs to visit cash generator in brook st hull like I said amazing since it has got new owners!!!

shut the shop and did not inform customers, we found note in window telling us to go to another store to get our layway goods which is miles away,we called the store and they said they would deliver the goods to the old shop for us to collect the following week , we turned up they did not so we called again and for weeks they said we will deliver to your house they should have done this today but no nothing, called again they said we don't deliver anymore.

Shops have no money.Ring the shop they say gring your item with you when you arrive they tell you they have no money.Shops need shuting down

This message is regarding the Scarborough Store and regarding the manager who threatened my partner over expressing an opinion. I've copied and pasted from MY facebook status. I WILL spread the word and make it CLEAR that guy needs some disciplinary action. I am going to pursue every possible way to get you more training. Your customer service skills suck, I'm not a specialist but I'm sure that if a customer is looking through the products you sell and commenting on it being overpriced there's nothing you can do about it. It's a matter of opinion. You do NOT get into the customers face and threaten them. Seriously, go re-evaluate yourself. You're in DESPERATE need of training. What happened? We were outside the shop with  Dog. so obviously couldn't go in store. We were waiting on a friend who was inside the shop. One guy looked at the window, he saw a housephone, nothing special. So basic, It may as well have been a cheap phone from Tesco. They were selling it at £35. He pointed out that they probably only bought it for a fiver. And the manager of approached him, stood right in his face, invading his personal space and threatened him. He called him an idiot and said " IF you don't leave now, you'll regret it" . He made a big scene so EVERYONE on the street could see what was going on. Even the old woman walking past was horrified at the manager's behaviour. She said she'll be putting in a formal complaint. I hope she does. I will be contacting your regional manager and I will HOPEFULLY get you to go for more training. Imagine if it had been someone else, imagine if it had been the old lady walking past that you started on and threatened. What would she have done? She'd have been scared! Next time, if you come anywhere near me I'll be contacting the police. This is harassment and is COMPLETELY unneccessary.

Skelmersdale staff were rather good in finding a replacement tv after I found a fault on the one I purchased and even gave me a better deal for my trouble. Unhappy to buy a faulty tv but walked away happy with a better one

I would urge you to be very careful when buying from Dumbarton Cash Generator. I bought an electric guitar online from them having been told via email that it was in 'great condition' and that it had 'no issues'. Turned out to be in terrible condition when I received it - major technical problems made it absolutely unplayable:- neck pick-up not functioning, 5-way selector faulty and locking nut that would not lock! Shipped it back to the shop, but they are refusing to refund my £160 because of a couple of 'alleged' paint chips in transit. This guitar was obviously unchecked and totally unsaleable when they shipped it to me, yet I am being made to cover the cost of a guitar that should have been 'skipped' and never sold to anyone. They are in a word, untrustworthy. I will never deal with Cash Generators again.

Run by a dictator fire people at will speak to you like rubbish , 9 hours regular without breaks , rain water running into the electrics , no hot running water or heating . Been accused of bullying on many occasions but know one as flowed through with it yet due to being to scared .

Goods were ordered in June 2014 and they supposedly dispatched them on 13th June. As of 25th July goods have yet to arrive. I contacted the store in question to enquire about non-delivery but they failed to respond. Following Cash Generator's procedures on their website, I emailed Customer Enquiries (3 times), the last time asking for a full refund. No response! I posted a review on Trustpilot and they responded asking me to email Customer Enquiries. Shocking that Cash Generator take your money and don't deliver the goods, then completely ignore you.

id had just purchaced on tuesday from a manchester cash generater store a hifi amplifier rang the store to confirm sale and was told 4 days delivery so on saturday still no sign so rang again and was told that the store had sold the amp to someone on thursday two days after me and it had been delivered to the other customer so i just got my money back and a sorry but i dont think thats good enough i am disappointed at not getting the item that they said was mine.

Bought phone Saturday tea, was told my iPhone 5 sim would fit. Went back to store 5 mins after purchase to ask are you sure? Was told it would fit, showed my iPhone 5 he says yes! Sunday, opens phone sim holder, not only is my sim way too small the sim holder is broken. Monday am, no refund, you didn't say it was that small sim! Err, I showed you my phone! And, sim holder wasn't broken, well it am afraid it was, sale of goods act n all that but still no refund. Manager didn't even get of his fat arse and come speak to me. Asked for complaint procedure so let's see how it goes. Good job I paid with my card n not cash. Won't ever use again. Sale of goods act says store have to prove it wasn't faulty, even with second hand goods. NOT THE CUSTOMER! That and it isn't fit for purpose, to say I am fuming doesn't come close. £139.00 for a phone that's broken but wouldn't have been any good if it wasn't. I shall be quite happy to take this all the way to court mr generator :-) I think you will find the legal is weighed heavy on my side!

I contacted Ilford Store Cash Generator Ltd 182 High Street Ilford IG1 1LL, I am refused my purchase which was a Samsung 40 inch Smart TV on the 29/04/2014 as soon as I open the box I realised it was damaged, and contacted the store straight away I received an e-mail instructing me to take some photos of the damage which I quickly did so, after that I receive no more correspondence from the store so I contacted them then I was told that they will only be corresponding with me by e-mail I have not received no information or instruction from the store of what to do next. The TV was not properly protected they wrap the box in bubble wrap but did not wrap the TV as there was no protection on top of the TV and the TV was covered in a black bag there was no way intelligent which way to hold the box for the delivery men. I will now be contacting trading standards about what to do next I readily buy from cash generators but this has been my worst experience and I would carefully consider buying from cash generators agenda I have already gotten rid of my TV and now need the money back so I can get a new one.

I used to trade alot in this store when it had a good manager I went in recently to find all new staff ! I always pawned my 32 inch lcd tv and i always got £80 on a buyback from them. This time the smug staff didnt even take a look at it , said i needed a recent utility bill or they couldnt take it in ? (my name and details was clearly on the system) he was rude and very blunt , made me feel belittled, it was like he couldnt be bothered with my business... He said it was the new managers rule ? worse still the manager couldnt be arsed to assist me , instead she just hid in the back !! Very poor customer service, so having been a good loyal customer for years i now take my business to their better rivals. Dont trade here !!
