We recently purchase a Dell XPS 2720 all-in-one computer. The purchasing process was simple. They soon contacted us by telephone and ran through the order with us. We needed to make a couple of adjustments, but all was sorted pretty quickly. The goods were delivered by UPS a couple of days later. The guy on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining things and helping us to get setup. I would definately use Byfarthecheapest again without hesitation and I would highly recommend them too. And they are by far the cheapest!

the initial order was great, as expected, but even though it was a refurb, they went out of their way to help out when a worn part gave way.

I am in the process of purchasing a New Dell Touchscreen monitor from byfarthecheapest and was pleasantly surprised to talk to an ACTUAL HUMAN BEING when I rang seeking the monitor I wanted. Its good when a company has paid attention to their customers in this way - I am so used to finding a computer on the end of the phone and going around in circles in the search for information. Chris, the gentleman who dealt with my order was courteous, knowledgable about the product and remembered me when I rang back on a connected matter, its small details like this that make the buying experience better for customers. My monitor is a new item and Will take some time to import but knowing other firms lead times on the same item I am confident I would not get it any quicker anywhere else and byfarthecheapes were honest about the waiting time and that is far better than being told I`d get it next week and then wondering where it was. To put icing on the cake the price I secured my monitor for was competitive, being cheaper by at least £40 on other suppliers.- I will be buying here again.

I purchased my son an Alienware System over Christmas from these guys and really cannot speak highly enough of them. I wasn't treated like i was stupid, as i had been previously, because im not into gaming PC's at my age (no surprise!), i was given good advice, and even received a courtesy call a day after my order arrived. I have been using Byfarthecheapest.com for nearly 4 years now and have only great comments for their service and advice. I have been purchasing DELL hardware and what I have received has always been what I was expecting. I am rather amazed by several of the very poor reviews on this site as my experiences have only ever been an excellent service and courteous staff. I have no hesitation in recommending them and the service they provide. I was rather skeptical initially because of the name but all of my fears have been completely wiped out. I agree that sometimes it can be difficult to get through and as I am not the most patient I normally end up emailing as well. But they have always gotten back to me pretty quickly. Regarding prices, for the items and configuration I was after I could not match the price anywhere. I do hope that this review helps someone as I genuinely feel that they are a reputable company.

Purchased a few things from these guys over the last few months, and never let me down. Only thing i would call a little would be delivery prices are sometimes a little high, but stuff turns up on time and in good condition, so cant win on everything i suppose!

I am what you would consider to be a cautious buyer, and after dealing with byfarthecheapest, I would recommend them to anyone. Their customer service was superb, start to finish, products on-time, and as described. Can't say anymore. Also a refreshing change being able to speak to an actual person instead of automated systems all of the time.

I purchased two Dell Monitors from Byfarthecheapest.com - at over £75 per Monitor less than Dell. Although, as we all can be, a little skeptical at first, the goods turned up, brand new, and I'm genuinely chuffed with my purchase. They are not the quickest at replying to emails I have found, but they do reply, are courteous, and polite - and the product is as described. Thumbs up from me.
