Its a shame this company can't be give zero stars. I wish I had read the previous genuine reviews before purchasing.

Do not purchase anything from this shop online (www.bestdigitalmarket.com), or in either of their 2 London shops (49a Tottenham Court Road, London & 258 Tottenham Court Road, London). I was sold a Garmin navigation unit in their highstreet shop. I left the shop thinking that the item I bought was brand new, only to find out that the GPS unit had been used 2 years before already! They sold me a refurbished product as new! I was in touch with Trading Standards and the director of the shop. He was very rude and denied all wrongdoing on their side. I made a claim under the consumer credit act 1974 and my credit card company reimbursed me for having been missold the product. Shame "BestDigitalMarket" (or "Azuras" as they were called before...) got away with it. I had a lot of trouble, stress, and lost much time due to BestDigitalMarket. Avoid! (Check out Handtec for good prices and honest people.)

I ordered a TomTom with European maps. My invoice clearly states that. It arrived with NO documentation or instructions. When I went to France with it 4 months later I discovered there were only Uk maps. Best Digital Market refused to replace the item because it took me more than 28 days to find out I have the wrong Sat Nav. Avoid this company like the plague.
