I have been ordering replacement batteries for a Vienna Electric wheelchair for years from the internet no problem, when I searched this time this company came up, I ordered it but its the wrong one despite being the one they recommend, I have sent several emails about it which is the only method of communication available for issues, I have just spoken to a gentleman in new sales who was extremely rude, DO NO BOther with this company find another supplier

We have now used them twice with no problems, the speed of delivery is far better than some big names we have used in the past and the price is also impressive which is why we have given 5 stars to them

We required a pair of batteries for my Mothers scooter, they were very helpful in explaining the correct ones that were needed and very patient allowing us to take out the ones in there already so we could match them and explained the charging procedure to maximise the life span of the new batteries, we had obviously been doing wrong for some time.

First time reviewer, I found the website quite easy to get around and find the battery I needed. The price of the battery was less than half of what I had been quoted, and for a good brand as well. I was impressed with the delivery, I was texted fifteen minutes before delivery by the courier company.

Ordered a set of batteries for my parents stairlift, they were very helpful on the phone and delivery was the next day. I will certainly bookmark the website for when we next need a battery as the prices were very good (saved about £40)

Contacted them on numerous occasion,Just fob you off with lots of Lies,never back up there promise to deliver, waited 3 weeks for a so called stock Item, nothing has has been dispatch. "Why are the allowed to Trade" Everybody with issues where they do not deliver should take them to the small claims court##BE WARNED

Had to cancel order due them not having stock, still awaiting my money to be returned. Do not use this company.

They took my money straight away and sent me the wrong battery. I had to pay to return it to them. They promised to refund me but 7 months later they are just ignoring me...pretending to have a refund department. This is a one man band operated by a man who has a long history of running dodgy companies and defaulting on his promises. Deal with him at your peril. Trading standards seem totally incapable of getting him to operate within the law..

The delivery was slower than expected (the operator told me if I got the order in then, I'd make next day delivery) but it took a couple of days to arrive. That however would not put me off from ordering again in future. The batteries were fine, they're doing the job and the price was one of the cheapest sourced on the web. If I get next day delivery on any future orders I certainly wouldn't hesitate to to give them 5 stars.

My goods arrived very promptly , no problems at all . Due to an error on my part I had to return an item . As a courtesy I enclosed a cheque to cover their postage . Imagine my surprise when I received a message from them telling me not to worry and they had actually shredded my cheque ! First class service .

Ordered and paid for a drill battery, never received the battery and have not received a refund as promised, still trying though 8 months down the line now, these rouges need to be stopped.
