“Don't hold your breath for a refund”

Ordered two items. Only one arrived. Clearly out of stock. Four months later I still have no refund, despite exchanging 5 emails, each of which assured me that it was "in hand". (read more)

The delivery was slower than expected (the operator told me if I got the order in then, I'd make next day delivery) but it took a couple of days to arrive. That however would not put me off from ordering again in future. The batteries were fine, they're doing the job and the price was one of the cheapest sourced on the web. If I get next day delivery on any future orders I certainly wouldn't hesitate to to give them 5 stars. (read more)

My goods arrived very promptly , no problems at all . Due to an error on my part I had to return an item . As a courtesy I enclosed a cheque to cover their postage . Imagine my surprise when I received a message from them telling me not to worry and they had actually shredded my cheque ! First class service . (read more)

Ordered and paid for a drill battery, never received the battery and have not received a refund as promised, still trying though 8 months down the line now, these rouges need to be stopped. (read more)

“Website just takes your money, no stock, no problem.”

Website is badly designed and will take your money regardless of if item is in stock or not. I tried a number of times but was unable to get a reply to the phone number listed on the website. Havering Trading standards helped me get a refund after 17 days. (read more)

I looked all over for a battery for my old bosch cordless drill, I was told they no longer make them which would have left me in a very poor place with no tools, the newer ones are are crap when compared, very please to be able to replace this at a good price and very quickly, i will certainly be looking here again when i need others. I bought a battery for my Ipod ( which is why i called the title sound battery purchase, well i thought it was funny) and spare battery for my laptop and it was only lasting what seemed minutes when off power. The laptop battery was not in stock and i had to wait about 4 or 5 days but it was very cheap, seems good quality, delivered to my door and i didn't have to go trailing the hight street to try to find one so gets my vote. I have used them for a few orders over the last year, the last one was for some drill batteries and as far as the items go i have no complaints and good price. The last delivery company impressed me, i got a text message to my mobile phone about a hour before they were going to deliver it, this enabled me to ensure someone was going to be home for when its delivered. I am not sure if this is a new service or not but its the first time i have heard of it, great. (read more)

I think i may be getting a little old and may now need glass's the codes were so similar that i ordered the wrong battery for my drill, but it was no problem and i was directed to the correct part number. I must admit i had no idea there would be so many different batteries, i think everything should just have the old 9v push in type, oh now i have given away my age.
