I have purchased quite a number of small, low value items from this company without much trouble, apart from the long delivery time which I accept. If a problem occurs with low value items I have not lost too much. If however a more expensive item fails it could be a costly mistake. Example: I purchased a WLtoys V950 back in December and have never flown it until recently. First time out I have found that the tail rotor does not spin. The helicopter was only about 2cm above ground therefore no damage was done, but the heli is not flyable because of this issue. I believe that the problem is with a faulty circuit board, all wired connections are OK. Banggood would not help with this matter and suggested that 'I repair the product in my local store'. This item cost £84 and on arrival I had to pay v.a.t. taking the cost to over £100! To be on the safe side I would not purchase an item from a company like this with a value of more than I would be prepared to loose. My account with Banggood is now closed.

In the beginning, I wasn't satisfied with their services because products sometimes had issues and didn't come on time, but I need to say they are actually good because they respond my complaints and do some actions for me. When a product didn't come or had a defect, they sent me another item. Furthermore, products' quality is good for prices. The truth is I still shop from them.

There are many China and HK suppliers of tech toys, tools, clothes, and general merchandise. Most of them carry much the same items and other than minor price differences, its difficult to know which to trust and deal with. In fact, its only when you have a problem that you learn who is good and who is not. Banggood is GOOD. I've been shopping at their online store for a few years now and have had the occasional problem, slow delivery or seemingly lost in post, defective item, incomplete description, etc. We have always been able to reach a satisfactory conclusion. They are willing to work with you to be fair and keep you happy. I think they are worth my business.

Banggood does carry a lot of great quadcopter items. For very friendly prices. They will become my #1 source of parts. And I can and will recommend banggood to all my friends. I have ordered some items over the last two month and received most of them in less than two weeks. One package got resend by the transporter (the final transporter has just not delivered the package and send it back without trying). Banggood has resend the package without further costs for me and the second package reached me without problems. I'm happy to have this opportunity.

I have bought a lot of products from Banggood (mostly drones) and I am really satisfied with my experience. I had only two issues with shipping, in one case the charger had the wrong conector and another time a drone was not arriving after 4 weeks. In both cases they were very helpful and send me new units, for the drone I actually got two since a while latter the other one arrived as well. As far as value for money they are cheaper for the same models than other competing webs for the products I checked

My most recent order was complicated by some problem with paypal which caused the quantities of my order to be doubled when the problem was finally resolved. I contacted Banggood via email to explain my difficulty and the person I dealt with very promptly was able to cancel the duplicate order and make everything good. Excellent service! I've order a whole bunch of stuff from micro fpv quadcopters to keyboard kits, and I've been pretty satisfied by the value for money. Not the best quality you can expect, but awesome for the price !

I already ordered there several times - mostly electronic modules worth 10..20€. Never had any issue, everything arrived after adequate time. Now the last order seems to be lost in transit. That is certainly not Banggoods fault, but nevertheless they refunded the full amount without any discussion! It cannot get any better than that!

My order have been lost somewhere after a long wait, contacted BG and BG sent out a replacement order and received it within couple of weeks. Great customer service.
