“The worst possible front for a communication company”

Ordered a BT76700 twin pack for next day delivery: arrived three days later, although they did refund the extra cost when I complained. One of the items was faulty. The normal process entails returning the whole set but having asserted that I needed to use the working phone, was told to purchase a replacement and to send the faulty unit back for a refund. “Stock but no stock”

I ordered a mouse. BT stated they had 14 in stock, so I expected a pretty swift despatch. After 2 days of processing the order, they updated the order to 'awaiting stock from supplier, delivery delayed', I had to check my order to see this, no email was sent to me. Another few days went by, and the order was still at this status (despite the product page still listing 14 in stock). I had paid via PayPal, so I cancelled the order. “Out of stock - Still taking orders!”

I ordered a BT6500 phone, delivery 1-3 days, after a week it didn't arrive, I called them to find the phones are on back order and won't be in stock for 6 Weeks!! - They claim the delivery of 1-3 days is "After the date of dispatch". I am angry with them as other retailers have the item in stock, their Customer Service is dreadful, We have to inquire about non-delivery? and I will not buy anything from their shop again… Read Full Review

“Out of stock and no notification for a month”

I bought a cable for my PC. BT has not specified on the site that it was out of stock, it looked as if there was still 1. I waited for a month for it to be delivered just to discover that they run out of stock and my order was parked there. Not an email, not an update. I went to another website, found my cable at a cheaper price and cancel my pending order with BT. Yes, the only thing that works really well on BT is deleted the orders.!… Read Full Review

I ordered a Corsair H100i CPU cooler from BT shop last week. It's a little strange that BT sell computer upgrade parts, i know. But their price for the product was the cheapest online £90.47 (including delivery) and the item was clearly listed as in stock, they stated delivery would take between 1-3 working days.
