Ordered a home cam at New Year (with BT Shop) and 6 weeks later still waiting! Item arrived was faulty, so had to return it. Replacement arrived 2 weeks later ( unacceptable as I had done nothing wrong), this was also faulty, so had to go through all the rigmarole of returning again, 3 weeks later nothing! I called today and they had mistakenly done a refund instead of a replacement! I asked if there was someone I could speak to as I believe this is bad business practice, but there is no one to complain to instead you have to write an email! This gives me the impression that complaints and improving the service are not welcomed. This is backed up by the poor attitude of all the staff I have spoken to, who read the lines from the 'book' . Both times staff said that the replacement would come as quick as possible and also said it would take 2 weeks - a contradiction. I pointed this out but the set lines were just repeated . I don't blame the staff as they are just following orders .
