I have oreded the Lloytron PTC Silver Oscillating Ceramic Tower Heater - 2kw F2251SV - brennands are fantastic they dispatched on time - however as it is the xmas period i still havent received it (royal mails fault not brennands) - i did start to panic abit as i purchased it as a gift for my mum and want it on time, however Cathy at Brennands is so nice she chased the order up for me with royal mail and made me feel at ease with her excellent service. I purchased a Breville kettle from these guys, and have to say they were brilliant. I am always a little suspicious of the claims that online stores make about their service and products, but delivery was within 24 hours, the product was exactly as it should be, and their communication was second to none.
