Don't ever use ao.com !!!

I bought a washing machine from AO.com and paid for it to be installed. They installed it, but didn't fit it correctly to the tap (a professional plumber has since told us it was very poorly done). This was installed on a Wednesday morning and our house was later vacated for a long weekend abroad. We came home on a Sunday evening to a flooded house. Water has been coming down for five days creating massive water damage, to our dressing room, main hall, cupboards and cloth (lots of it being discoloured and ruined). We need emergency drying, new plastering, painting, wooden floors replaced, new cupboards and lots of new cloths. When we called AO.com in desperation walking around on soaked floors the message back was: Send us the plumber report and we will call you back!!!
